How do I get started?

If you have a particular experience in mind, go directly to the “custom experience” section of the website and send us all the information you have so we can get in touch and start planning. If not, browse through our themes or pre-set experiences and contact us if an idea comes to mind. None of the above? That’s perfectly fine. Contact us and we will help you out.

I have an experience in mind. Can The Kase Project make it happen?

We constantly work to create unique experiences for you. But now you’re able to tailor your experiences by using the inquiry forms in the theme or custom sections of the website. Want to build your own experience? We are here to make it happen!

I found an experience I like, but it doesn’t cover all my needs. Can I make adjustments?

We strive to plan the optimal experience for you at any venue and offer a broad range of options. If you found an experience combination but it doesn’t quite cover all your needs and you want to make adjustments, you just have to send us an inquiry about the changes you would like to make.

Does The Kase Project handle travel and accommodation arrangements for the groups?

When planning an experience with us, we will use all our resources to take any additional load off you and carry out any requests you may have relating to the experience we are planning. Any travel, catering, transportation or accommodation arrangements your experience might require can be handled by us. Just make sure to include this when sending us your inquiry.

My attendee number has changed. Is there a charge for a smaller/bigger headcount?

Your headcount acts as the venue-required guaranteed minimum. Group sizes may not be reduced per venue terms; however increased attendance may be accommodated if the venue is able to do so. Advance notice of an increase will allow the venue to better accommodate your group. Please email us if you need to increase this number prior to your experience. (You will be responsible for payment of the guaranteed minimum or attendance, whichever is greater.)

Can I make any changes to the itinerary of my group experience, either before or during the experience?

If your experience is custom, usually last minute-changes are difficult to make. However, you can inform us of any changes you would like to make and we will do our best.

Are The Kase Project experiences suitable for LGBTQI travelers?

Everyone should feel comfortable when they travel or organize their experiences with The Kase Project. So, if you belong to the LGBTQI community you are more than welcome to plan your next experience with us.

How far in advance do I have to book an experience?

It depends on the experience you would like to attend or create. You can also book any experience at the last minute if the availability permits it. But in any case, better safe than sorry, the sooner, the better.

Are some experiences physically demanding?

We organize experiences and trips in which every traveler can express himself. It depends on each experience you choose if it is going to be physically demanding or not at all! Of course, we are here to help you design your own experience at your own style!

Are there age restrictions on some experiences?

Our trips and experiences mention the minimum age limit . An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18. Younger children can join us on our family trips. (Also, a Self-Assessment Form is required for all passengers 70 years and over.)

What are the terms and conditions that apply when booking a group for a Kase Experience?

The terms and conditions of each Kase Experience are clearly stated on the event's details page. Make sure you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the experiences before you book.

What is your refund policy?

The refund policy of each Kase Experience is clearly stated in the proforma invoice that you will receive upon your booking request. When you proceed with the payment it means that you accept our refund policy for the experience you book for. Make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the events before you book.

Is tax and gratuity included or do I need to tip on site?

All taxes are included during checkout. Gratuity is not included.

What is the currency in Greece?

The currency is Euro.

Which style of experience is right for me?

We cover a wide range of experiences based on the current travel trends as well as for timeless experiences and destinations. Of course, if you have something in mind already and believe that suits you better, do not hesitate to ask us. We are here to make your event exactly as you dreamed it!

I want to organize an experience that is not corporate. Do you take on private groups?

We are not wedding planners but we can organize your wedding party, bachelor or birthday. You can contact us by email through the form in our website. We will be happy to organize your special event the way you dreamed it!

I want to make a custom-made experience just for me. Can I do that?

In the case you make a custom made experience, there should be a group to join it. The smallest group we undertake is a four(4)-persons group. If you need any further assistance (accommodation, transportation) do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I obtain my itinerary for full details of my experience?

Once we have planned the experience, you will receive by email your full itinerary and your experience notes. Make sure to bring these with you.

I’m not sure how many people will attend my experience, it may be more than I originally planned. What do I do?

You should book for the amount of people that you know will be attending. If you would like to increase the amount of attendants, you should email us. We will check the availability of the venue and we will get back to you accordingly.

I need to change the date of my scheduled experience. Is that possible?

You can request to change the date of your experience and we will try to reschedule with the venue. It always depends, though, on the venue availability.

How do I book my group for one of The Kase experiences?

You can check our experiences from the listings and fill up the form for the one you prefer. If you would like to create your own group experience, you can fill in the form at the end of each theme and let us know what is the experience you would like for your group.

I want to purchase an experience from The Kase list, now what?

When you send us your inquiry form and we set all the details for your experience, you will receive a proforma invoice from us with all the payment details. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an emailed invoice indicated as "paid", which confirms that your experience is booked. Your experience is not confirmed until we receive your payment and send you the invoice mentioning that it is paid.

I have a disability – can I join an experience?

The Kase is committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We ask that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the trip you have designed. Where we can we will make reasonable adjustments to the operation of our trips to facilitate the requirements of disabled travellers – such as booking ground floor accommodation, or having our leaders communicate important directions in writing as well as verbally. Please contact us if you need any further information.

What is the minimum and maximum number of people that can attend an experience?

The maximum and minimum numbers vary for each experience. For any clarification, do not hesitate to contact us through our contact form.

What type of payment can I use?

We accept wire transfers to the companys' bank account. The bank account details appear on the proforma invoice you receive for the experience you want to book.

What if I want to split payments for the experience?

We don’t recommend doing split payments because we cannot book an experience until all payments have been received.

What about Currency Conversion Fees?

Unless otherwise specified, all prices are displayed in Euros and all charges made are in Euros. If you are using a non-European bank account, you should check with your bank for details on currency conversion charges. Your non-European bank account may charge you a fee for processing bank transfer made in Euros.

Can I use my credit card during my trip?

Of course you will be able to use your credit card. For more information, you can fill in the contact form and we will respond to you. What you need to know, though, is that most of the places accept Visa, MasterCard and Diners credit cards. If you hold an American Express credit card it may be more difficult to use it.
