It is widely known that Greece has offered more than a lot to humanity from the ancient times. During these years, a major station in history is the Byzantine empire in Constantinople where the Christianity and Greek culture continued their spread. Constantinople nowadays is also known as Istanbul and it’s called "the cross road of three continents" because of its very important geographical location. Therefore, what better way to learn about both Athens and Constantinople than to visit their hidden cultural treasures, two capitals that are so close to one another both geographically and culturally.
