We’ll partner with associations to provide unique experiences near the convention or tradeshow. Choose from catered shopping experiences at national retailers or local boutiques where attendees receive one-on-one consultations, movie theater buyouts, sailing excursions, hands-on mixology and culinary events, wine tastings and chef demos in addition to more traditional dinners and cocktail hours. We build out a microsite with your branding and specifications, and provide you with customized marketing materials to make discovering and booking an event as easy as possible for your attendees, members, exhibitors and affiliates. While events can be booked in a few clicks on the customized microsite, our event experts are available to chat online or by phone if assistance is needed.
